Jack Rainer
I spent several years as an M&A Consultant, guiding business owners through the process of selling their companies, raising funds, preparing for a future sale, determining the value of their businesses, and pursuing other strategic or financial objectives. Many of the businesses I advised were facing especially challenging situations.
Before working as an M&A Consultant, I spent over a decade in the securities industry, primarily as an Institutional Equity Trader, working with mutual funds and hedge funds to buy and sell large blocks of stock.
At Cardinal Merger Advisors, I work directly with business owners to prepare and position their companies for the right buyers and close deals that meet their goals. I enjoy working closely with founders and owners throughout the sale process, helping them prepare for buyer diligence, evaluate opportunities, and navigate a successful transaction.
I hold an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a BSBA in Finance from Auburn University.
